If you pick block any block that is in your inventory, as long as it is not in the hotbar, the world crashes and sends you to the multiplayer screen after the "Connection Lost" text.

For added context: I am using the 1.21 Vanilla Tweaks resource pack, and all 4 available experimental datapacks. The issue still happens without the resource pack.
