Block Particle Simulation Error

This is a bug with Blaze3D, or was introduced with Blaze3D. The simulation of block particles ceases once they collide with a solid surface. This results in "sticky" or floating particles. I have provided examples from before, and after Blaze3D's introduction to better explain what the problem is. Simply break a block that is in an enclosed area, for instance when chopping a tree, and some particles might get stuck. The video will provide a visual example of this bug. One detail to note is that this bug has been in the game for approximately 4 years. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jx0LqfmPc5th1Zfpdem5tpWir7OTzi0K/view?usp=sharing
