Particles from blocks being destroyed sometimes get stuck and float below the blocks above them

The Bug:

Particles from blocks being destroyed sometimes get stuck and float below the blocks above them.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Build the setup as shown in the provided attachment.

• Break the netherite blocks one by one, but as you do this, watch closely at the particles that are produced upon doing so.

• Take note as to whether or not particles from blocks being destroyed sometimes get stuck and float below the blocks above them.

Observed Behavior:

The particles sometimes get stuck and float below the blocks above them.

Expected Behavior:

The particles would always fall to the ground and not get stuck below the blocks above them.
