Player's hitbox collides with stuff it shouldn't collide with

The bug is that: if you have any block on top of sweet berries, walking right beside the sweet berries slows you down, even though it shouldn't. One small note: I am not sure, but i think it happens only in single-player, i didn't experience it on a server. It also doesn't have to be sweet berries, the same thing happens even with cobweb, or anything affecting the player

How to reproduce

Watch the video, or just listen to my description, basically, put any block on top of sweet berries or cobweb, it will slow you down when you collide with it

Expected result

Not being affected

What happens

Slowing down
