Steps to reproduce:
Run
/summon wolf ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1,Tags:[Doge]} /execute as @e[type=wolf,tag=Doge] at @s run tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~45 0
Observed result:
The wolf's rotation does not visually update until the world is reloaded.
Expected result:
The wolf's rotation updates, like in 1.21.1 and before.
Notes:
Also, I then turned on and off NoAI and it snapped to a rotation but then doesn't rotate anymore... It is almost like the rotation doesn't register unless the AI turns on and off
Found out that anytime I reload the world the rotation registers for a tick on load: On-Load

@Jiingy, What device are u using to attempt to watch the vid? It is a MP4 file and it works perfectly even opened it up through Incognito to check if it was account based
Added 2 new vids on the issue
One vid tested in the Snapshot
The other vid is in 1.21.1 and as u can see it works in 1.21.1 but not the Snapshot
