[MC-276316] Ender pearls no longer teleport entities to the point of impact

When players use an ender pearl,they can't move to where they want to go.

It doubles its XYZ coords when teleporting.

Yes, it does seem to be doubling, leading to going into the void on superflat and a negative number is being doubled

It appears the coordinates of the player and the coordinates of the enderpearl are being added together. This is what creates the doubling effect.
