It appears the coordinates of the player and the coordinates of the enderpearl are being added together. This is what creates the doubling effect.
You need to be standing on solid land and have the chunk loaded to have dogs teleport. Dogs will not teleport into water if you boat away and will not teleport if you boat too far. Its a little bit touchy on the loaded chunk though.
This is not a bug. Try pressing F3+H to show advanced tooltips, the number should return.
This is a Bedrock issue and should be reported under https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MCPE/
Check in the pause screen whether you are a Visitor, Member, or Operator. Visitors won't be to do anything at all. If cheats aren't enabled, ask an operator to set you to operator and enable cheats
What texture pack are you using? Some texture packs intentionally remove these things
The signs on the new 1.2 version are different. You must continue typing on a line until it runs out of space
My steampunk texture pack and power rangers skin pack didn't transfer either
