Legacy packs from the Marketplace do not transfer to Bedrock Edition

There's a known issue with DLC from the Favorites Pack not showing up in Minecraft- we are looking into it! 👌

Just an update from my end. The Builder’s Pack DLC now works. The DLC, from the Favorites Pack, is still missing from all consoles, including the Xbox One.

I own some skin packs on Minecraft: Pocket Edition for Android, and they have not yet transferred to the Windows 10 edition.

I got the same issue on my Xbox One Version.

Nothing from my DLC´s are usable with the new update.

For example the Adventure Time Mashup Pack.
I can see that it is available via the Minecraft Store for coins, but usually I should already have it for use.

I contacted the Microsoft support and they said that they can see all my licenses from the DLC`s I`ve purchased and send my the following troubleshooting steps which I`ll test as soon as I can:

"1. settings - delete all settings - system - storage - locally saved games
2. settings- all settings- all settings- network network settings- extended settings- alternative MAC address- delete
3. settings - all settings - DISC&Blu-Ray- Blu Ray- permanent memory - erase"

I don`t think that this will work, but let`s see

Anyone resolve this yet?

I actually resolved it, but don`t what of the things I´ve done changed it.
Of course you have to test it yourself, so here is what I did on Xbox One:

1. I deleted Minecraft from the Xbox
2. Go to settings- all settings- all settings- network network settings- extended settings- alternative MAC address- delete
3. Pressed the Xbox Button on the console for 10sec, so the console turned off; then I started again
4. I deleted my Xbox Profile from the console; again did step 3
5. after that I added my Profile to the console again and re-downloaded Minecraft

After that I could download and use all DLC`s I bought before.
I also resolved the following Problems with that: Can´t connect to friend from PC; loosing Xbox live connection; can not connect to realms

If you try that out, pls. let me know if this worked for you

Just an update. I noticed my DLC was available on my Xbox One, today. After accessing it, there, it showed up on my Windows 10 account.

Same here I have most of the mcce skin packs but can’t use them on my iPad but texture packs did transfer

My steampunk texture pack and power rangers skin pack didn't transfer either

Noticed this too. It's sooo annoying. All my best worlds were in the packs!

If this helps, maybe looking into my account and history can shed light on the root of the favorites pack issue...

Brief History: Purchased Xbox One Favorites pack bundle.
Purchased Windows 10 Edition
Purchased Fantasy Texture Pack (part of favorites bundle from XBone) on Windows 10 prior to the sharing of DLC
Got Bedrock Edition on both Windows and Xbox
Purchased Skyrim Mash-up on Windows 10 post-bedrock update

As of right now:
Both Bedrock Editions recognize purchase of Skyrim Pack
Xbox One Bedrock does not recognize fantasy pack purchase from either Windows 10 edition's prior purchase or the Favorites Pack DLC when creating new worlds, but it can "recognize" and display the pack if a player logs into a local server created on the Windows 10 Machine with the Fantasy Pack active and forcing the use of texture packs
Windows 10 Bedrock still recognizes Fantasy Pack Purchase from before Bedrock, but none of the other Favorites Pack options.
"Activating" the Fantasy Pack on Windows does not refresh it in store on Xbox One
Attempting to look in store for all packs "purchased" by the Favorites Bundle is giving me the option to re-buy the packs, not "reactivate" them...

Xbox One can "see" the fantasy pack when logged in, and I can have two SilverBear37 characters on a local server.

I have the disc version of Minecraft Xbox One Edition that includes the "Favorites Pack" DLC on disc.
I have played well beyond 5 hours with it. I received the BTU client upgrade.
I have not received the equivalent DLC texture packs corresponding to the content of the Xbox One Edition's "Favorites Pack" DLC in BTU.
Shouldn't I get the same content in BTU since I purchased the Xbox One Edition that comes with those?

They need to fix this because I miss my rabbit skin and don't want to pay for it again!

Maybe you have to contact the Microsoft Support too.
I did it and they checked my licences for the DLC's.
I don't know what they've done, but after a while every DLC I already had before the Update where unlocked on W10, Xbox and mobile.

Still has not been fixed yet.

I have the same issue with the Favorites pack DLC not being available. I contacted Microsoft who could only suggest posting the issue on the forum. Did that, git no response and still no DLC.

Contacted Microsoft Support, they told me to contact Mojang. Contacted Mojang, they told me to contact Microsoft Support. Contacted Microsoft Support, they told me to contact Mojang. Contacted Mojang, they told me to contact Microsoft Support. Eventually, Microsoft Support hooked me to a manager. They told me they'd make a case and send me an email. This was over a month ago. Maybe 2. Been doing this since October. This is terrible. Mojang told me it's on Microsoft's side. Microsoft told me it's on Mojang's side. Worst part, Microsoft Support, no matter who I connected to, tried to "solve" it for me by telling me to redownload it on the store. I can't tell you how many times I've explained that there's 2 Minecraft Xbox versions.

Oh, I've also been on the phone for hours before, waited days for emails, etc.

Yeah I was fortunate to have the Microsoft rep follow along as I bought the base game (Bedrock) and have it refunded immediately.

Unfortunately, I was never able to do the same procedure for the DLC that came on the "Favorite Pack" included on the disc I have. I gave in and bought those awful minecoins to get the one DLC texture pack I used the most. Microsoft rep was clueless on how to proceed to get that DLC. I tried to explain how the transaction needed to go in order to get the DLC packs in the new Minecraft but she most likely assumed I wanted to pull a scan and get free stuff I'm not entitled to.
