Content purchased before Better Together not transferring properly

I love the Marketplace. It allows me to use my in-app purchases on all my Minecraft devices. However, this does not seem to be universal. Almost all of my in-app purchases can be used on my computer, tablet, & Xbox. But my Mine-con 2016 skin pack and the Festive Mash Up 2016 pack do not register as purchased on either the computer or the Xbox. These are the only two items purchased before the Better Together Update, and were made with the Amazon Appstore instead of Minecoins. They still function perfectly on my Amazon Kindle Fire, but are not registered as purchased on the other devices. Please fix this, as I am not going to spend another $5 on the mash-up pack and I cannot get the Minecon skin pack on the other devices at all. I cannot provide a screenshot of the tablet on this computer, but it should be in my Xbox live account purchases.
