/tp command cannot teleport to the correct facing angles

Steps to reproduce:

1.Create a world.

2.Open the F3 menu.

3./tp @s ~ ~ ~ 2 2

Observed result:

You will be teleported to facing 1.4 1.4 instead of 2 2

Expected result:

You will be teleported to the facing 2 2

Notes:

It seems that you could only be teleport to the angles with multiple of 1.40625.
