[MC-276460] White text does not render as fully white in-game

Unlike in previous versions, text which is meant to display as pure white in-game will appear a few shades darker than it actually should.

This is best reproduced using an image editor to pick the targeted colour.

Correct, I didn't see this since the two relates to links on that ticket weren't actually made into actual ticket links for some reason.
