[MC-276624] Nether portal can send you back when your ender pearl land in the portal

When you throw a ender pearl toward the edge of the nether portal, you will land in the portal other side. If you stand still, After few seconds, you will be send back. If you are in creative mode, you will be send back immediately.

Does MC-276154 describe your issue? That got resolved as "Working As Intended", I don't know why though.
