The creaking heart's block break sound is very loud compared to the blocks placement sound, even when the block is completely deactivated and not tied to a creaking mob.
Steps to Reproduce:
Set 'Blocks' volume to 10
Place and break the creaking heart
Notice how you can hardly hear the placement sound, where as the break sound is still loud. At the very least, this block would not be as loud when broken deactivated because it is having no substantial impact on gameplay (killing the creaking).

I would like to request a review of this report after the triage and fixing of MC-277398. The breaking sound of the creaking heart is significantly louder compared to the placement sound to the point of it being unnatural and unexpected.
My argument is that should the player choose to lower their volume (specifically "blocks"), there should not be a block sound which acts very differently depending on how you interact with it (breaking vs. placing).
Should this report still not be considered a valid bug after review, I would then request the resolution be reconsidered as "Working as Intended" rather than "Invalid" to provide complete context for the reported volume difference being intentional sound design.
Here is a visual demonstration of how the breaking sound differs from the placement sound:

Notice how at 100% volume the placement sound only reaches to the yellow zone, while the breaking sound pierces into the red zone.
