At night and while the wither is present, having a dark effect causes the inventory to periodically turn blue.

What I expected to happen was...:
The color of the inventory does not change.

What actually happened was...:
The inventory periodically turns blue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the time to midnight.
2. Summon a wither.
3. Give yourself a darkness effect.
