Creakings sometimes move very slowly while looking away

Occaisionally when a Creaking is looked away from and is able to move, it will move at an extremely slow pace for a brief moment. It tends to regain it's usual speed when it's target moves and/or after a brief duration.

This bug is difficult to reproduce and requires a little bit of luck, as it only occurs on occasion.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn or find a Creaking

2. Enter Survival Mode and look at the Creaking to freeze it

3. Look away from the Creaking

Typical Result: The Creaking will move at it's usual speed when targetting a player.

Abnormal Result: The Creaking will barely move at all for either a short time or when it's target moves.
