[MC-277357] Items in a furnace disappear after rejoining the world

Bug:

After leaving and rejoining a world, the items that were put into a furnace as well as the progress for smelting disappear but it remains lit.

Reproducing the bug:

Expected Result:

The items staying in the furnace and not disappearing when you leave and join the world again.
