The enchantment glint on armor can sometimes be barely visible even when the "Glint Speed" and "Glint Strength" accessibility options are set to "100%"

The Bug:

The enchantment glint on armor can sometimes be barely visible even when the "Glint Speed" and "Glint Strength" accessibility options are set to "100%".

Take a look at the attached screenshot.

Which player do you think is wearing enchanted diamond armor; the left or right? The player wearing the enchanted armor is on the left, and this is difficult to see due to the enchantment glint being very subtle even when the "Glint Speed" and "Glint Strength" accessibility options are set to "100%".

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set the "Glint Speed" and "Glint Strength" accessibility options to "100%".

  2. Place down two armor stands and put diamond armor on one of them and enchanted diamond armor on the other.

  3. Look closely at the two and compare them.

Observed Behavior:

The enchantment glint on armor can sometimes be barely visible even when the "Glint Speed" and "Glint Strength" accessibility options are set to "100%".

Expected Behavior:

The enchantment glint on armor would be easily visible when the "Glint Speed" and "Glint Strength" accessibility options are set to "100%".

Just to clarify, I do not believe this is a duplicate of MC-261353. While it's intentional that the enchantment glint on armor is weaker compared to items, I don't believe it's intentional for it to be hard to distinguish armor from enchanted armor even when the appropriate accessbility options are set to 100%.
