I've found that the glint strength on worn armor doesn't match the glint strength on the item. This is most notable if the glint strength is put on 100%. The glint strength on 100% should appear much stronger on worn armor to match the glint strength on the item. I added a screenshot that visualizes the issue. I am also someone who likes the glossy glint on armor. And having it on 100% is way less that it used to be.

True, with value 100% all the objects like swords, axes, shields, books and others appear correctly in third person but the glint strenght for the armor is like I still have the value at 75%
That comment is illogical "we have it mentioned in changelogs that this is by design, but let's wait until mojang says its by design"...
Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Working as Intended.
The report you have submitted is working as intended: The changelog for 1.19.4 Pre-release 1 states that "[t]he enchantment glint for items in the inventory has been made more visible" compared to armor.

entity enchantment glow (such as worn armor) is intentionally weaker; this was explicitly mentioned in the changelogs of snapshots, and is evident by the 2 separate texture files.
