[MC-277723] When the beacon is dug up, the beacon's beam still exists

I am watching MC video on Bilibili, I have discovered this issue

The subtitle means "But (beacon's) beam is still exists"

What I expected to happen was...:
beam will disappear after the beacon is dug out

What actually happened was...:
it still exists

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate a beacon
2. Dig it out
3. You can discover this bug

I cannot reproduce this bug. Please try reproducing this issue yourself, and attach a video of it occurring. Chances are, the person you were watching had mods on which affected rendering.
