[MC-277924] The Eyeblossoms don't spread when bonemeal'd

Using a Bone Meal in the new Eyeblossoms (both closed and open version) in Bedrock Edition makes them spread, but this behaviour is not seen in Java Edition, neither inside or out of the Pale Gardens Biome
