Chorus Flowers can support Pale Hanging Moss even though they cannot support hanging blocks, which is inconsistent with Hanging Moss.
Related to MC-264563.
How to reproduce
Build a pillar of Chorus plants and place chorus flowers.
Place Pale Hanging Moss on Chorus Flower.
Observed results
You can place Pale Hanging Moss on Chorus Flowers.
Expected results{*}{*}
Pale Hanging Moss will not be placed.
