The popping animation in the hotbar when taking an item from a flower pot is quicker than before

When taking item from flower pot, the popping animation of item is much quicker than it used to be before 1.20.5.

How to reproduce

1. Place a flower pot

2. Put a plant into it

3. Take out the plant from flower pot in a way that plays popping animation, i.e. make sure to have same kind of plant in your hotbar and take the plant out with non-empty hand in order to the count of stack increases.

4. Compare the speed of popping animation between 1.20.5 and before that.
