[MC-278853] Held items are invisible inside boats if "Improved Transparency" is enabled

Held item doesn't render in boats in third person view when the graphics setting is set to "Fabulous!", making some items almost invisible. I was able to observe this most clearly while holding a spyglass or crossbow.

It is fabulous, but according to my search, there isn't any ticket that report this.

Seems to be a case of a prior issue getting worse: MC-229405.
