[MC-279054] "Woo, minecraftforum!" splash text not added back after the archival was cancelled

After the announcement of that the Minecraft Forum was being archived in 2019, the "Woo, minecraftforum!" splash text was removed from the game. It was later revealed, however, that the Forum would still be able to keep going, but the splash text was never added back.

Kind of weird that this is invalid. It was a feature that was liked and got broken/removed for a specific reason, which is now completely fixed/resolved yet the feature will remain "broken" in the game?
