Blocks MC-278400.

When arrows and tridents hit a block and touch flowing lava, they spin there forever. In 1.21.4, they just moved a little bit.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a flowing lava pool on a superflat world

  2. Shoot an arrow or trident into the flowing part of the lava
