[MC-279516] Newer wood types are not used in shipwrecks

What I expected to happen was...:

Mangrove, Cherry, bamboo, and pale oak aren't used in shipwrecks

What actually happened was...:
Any wood types introduced in 1.14 or above aren't in shipwrecks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /locate structure shipwreck
