[MC-279575] I was testing the Minecarts in the newest snapshot (25w03a) I set the Minecart speed to 1000 The minecart is glitching and I can't ride it.

I was testing the Minecarts in the newest snapshot (25w03a) I set the Minecart speed to 1000 The Minecart is glitching and I can't ride it, It keeps Glitching That I can't even ride! I tried many times but Keeps doing the same.. Then I set minecart speed to 8 and It keeps happening! only on powered rails.
