If you load into the world with the seed 0 and locate a taiga village, than you'll find a Jack o'Lantern in a pile of pumpkins.

I'm pretty sure this is how it's meant to be, some pumpkin piles in taiga villages can have Jack o'Lanterns.

oh well I was stupid, I thought it was a new thing or a bug lol🤦‍♂️
