The bug
The tag #minecraft:mineable/axe is intended for controlling blocks which can be mined faster with an axe than not, but that in both cases take a nonzero amount of time to break. For some reason, all types of crop besides two are part of this block tag, despite it being meaningless in this sense, as all crop types take no time to break under any circumstances.
Having these blocks in this tag is confusing for data pack creators, and also contributes to visual bloat on the debug screen. The fact that two types of crop aren't part of this tag also makes things inconsistent.
How to reproduce
Look at a melon or pumpkin stem, wheat crops, carrots, potatoes, beetroots or nether wart
Press F3
Observe the block tags
For comparison, look at a torchflower crop or pitcher crop
Expected results
None of these blocks would belong to the tag #minecraft:mineable/axe.
Actual results
All of them do, besides pitcher crops and torchflower crops.
How to fix
Remove these blocks from this tag.

> "FreyaHaze is right, melons and pumpkins should have #minecraft:mineable/axe tag"
@unknown, please do not leave low value comments like this. Restating something someone has already said provides no extra value to a report, and is more spam than helpful. I've hidden your comments, but please bear this in mind for the future.
It should be noted that pumpkins and melons absolutely should remain tagged #minecraft:mineable/axe as they are meant to be chopped and not hoed out of the ground like a potato for example.
