Despite the changes made to the generation of foliage in Swamps in the most recent snapshot, it is still not in parity with Bedrock Edition as huge mushrooms do not generate in the biome whereas they do in Bedrock.
Note: As of the recent changes to the Swamp biome in the newest snapshot, directly modifying generation within the biome, this parity issue is valid given that the generation of foliage was tweaked post Buzzy Bees.

@unknown Which of these criteria does the report not meet, given the note in the description?
If it really is somehow invalid right now, would it be considered valid if a Bedrock update releases to the swamp flora generation as well (in a preview) and still has a different generation compared to Java?
Your parity issue violates the third requirement:
The parity issue was introduced in Buzzy Bees (Bedrock Edition 1.14 / Java Edition 1.15) or later and was not present before
Huge mushrooms already generated naturally in swamps in Bedrock Edition before Buzzy Bees, therefore making this parity issue invalid. No amount of tweaking on the swamp feature generation on either edition will ever make this parity issue valid.
Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Invalid.
You reported a parity issue. We are only tracking parity issues that meet the following criteria on this bug tracker:
