Steps to Reproduce: #
Launch Minecraft JAVA Edition version 1.21.4.

Select the Netherite Pickaxe, which has the highest mining efficiency in Survival Mode.

Hold down the mining button to dig into stone blocks and observe the durability loss of the pickaxe.

Observed Results:
The durability of the Netherite Pickaxe decreases at a rate of 20 per second.
Expected Results:
The durability loss rate should be consistent with the Bedrock Edition, which is 10 per second.
