Players can be lit by lava while stepping onto solid blocks next to it

The bug

You can be ignited by lava in some cases which are normally not supposed to happen. Please follow the steps below to better understand the issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download the attached world and open it.

2. Stand on any of the mud brick slabs.

3. Align your position and rotation:
   

   /execute align xz positioned ~0.4 ~ ~0.8 run tp @s ~ ~ ~ -90 30

4. Switch to survival mode.

5. Move forward and take note as to whether you get ignited by lava.
   ❌ You get lit and take damage.

It is worth noting that the lava ignites you only upon colliding and stepping onto the solid block. You will not be ignited any further if you keep standing above it.

Additional notes

The issue started to appear in 25w03a, and did not occur in 1.21.4.

It is not reproducible in 25w02a due to MC-279248, and is likely to be caused by the fix of it.
