player body move with the rotation of player head and feet dose not fit in minecart

when player move it's head all of the body move with the head and then the feet get out of minecart 
also, when the player sits in the minecart, player legs gets out of minecart because the player is not properly placed in the minecart correctly. it affect all of Minecraft versions from 1.0 to 1.21.4 😞
