Chunks don't load at all

*What I expected to happen was that the chunks load so that I could play my Minecraft world normally.

I thought that the chunks would load and I could place blocks or go to other parts of my world without problems.

What actually happened was: While I was playing one chunk didn't load but it appeared that it still was, then soon enough no chunks loaded at all. I cannot perform basic operations in the chunks that do spawn and I cannot go father
to make others load.

Steps to Reproduce:
I don't know how to reproduce this but it has happened before to one chunk but now it affects all chunks around me and it is not rare.
