Tripwire incorrectly set to "attached: false" state when broken and replaced quickly

You know how breaking a tripwire line causes the tripwire hooks to briefly activate (output a redstone signal)? It turns out, if you replace the tripwire/string within that short window, the replaced piece of tripwire will end up with the wrong blockstate.

This causes the tripwire to show the wrong block model, (though it otherwise appears to have no impact on gameplay).
