Steps to reproduce:
Place repeating command block
Write command /particle flame ^ ^ ^1 in the command block
Copy the command block in your inventory with data
Place it in any direction to see how it works
Expected Behavior:
The command block always produces particles in the direction corresponding to its facing state.
Observed Behavior:
The command block produces particles like it's facing east despite the fact that it's facing up or down
