Temperate cow model in Java does not have its new horn placement from Bedrock Edition

Ever since the cow model/texture update, the Java edition temperate cow has had differing horns than the Bedrock edition. On Java, the horns are still stuck growing nonsensically out of the ears. In Bedrock, the horns were moved forward a pixel to move them off the ears. The red and brown Mooshrooms also seem to be using the same wrong horn placement, as it too is growing out of their ears and not altered. The warm and cold cow variants do not have this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a temperate cow in java edition and observe the horns

2. Do the same in bedrock edition, and notice how the horn placement differs

3. on Bedrock they were moved forward to not grow out of the ears, on Java they still do. I assume Bedrock is the intended design alteration.
