Wind charges disappear when close

The Bug:

When in /tick freeze, if you get close enough to a wind charge, it will just disappear.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Do /tick freeze.

2. Throw a wind charge.

3. Back away from it.

4. Go closer to it.

Observed Results:

The wind charge disappears.

Expected Results:

The wind charge would not disappear.
