Minecraft 25w09b, Has problems with the UI, HUD and more

Minecraft's HUD keeps blinking, the game's Menu Blur effect doesn't work, the inventory, Crafting Table, Shulker Box and other items with "inventory" have their UI destroyed (as you can see in the video), the Player(s) keep blinking infinitely, sometimes game icons appear which I imagine are HUD, UI, Inventory icons, etc. In Survival/Adventure mode, the Hearts, Experience and Hunger bar also flash very quickly, and sometimes it flashes so fast that it exceeds the Hertz Limit (60) of my Monitor and it seems like I'm in creative mode. There will be more details in the video. Out of curiosity, my game was at 60 FPS and it didn't drop below 30 FPS. My game was missing mods that add things to the game/changes the entire UI redesign and corrupts it. I haven't tested the errors on a Multiplayer server yet.
