Tipped arrows given via /give or /item replace commands do not display the correct duration in seconds, often displaying values flagrantly smaller than were specified with the command.
The command /give @s tipped_arrow[potion_contents={custom_effects:[{id:"weaving",amplifier:0,duration:300}]}] 1 produces a tipped arrow with the Weaving effect for 300 ticks. This, practically, does work as intended, with a duration of 5 seconds. However, the tooltip displays 00:01, a lower duration by a factor of 5.
This happens with every effect, and any command that produces these items results in this bug.
Curiously, this does not seem to affect the tipped arrows that can be viewed in the Creative item catalog, which display the correct durations for their effects.
Former 4 images attached are of command-given tipped arrows, and latter 2 are of those in the Creative catalog.
Environment
Vanilla with a custom datapack (only containing recipes and functions).
