COVID-19 splash texts remain in the game despite the pandemic's end

During the COVID-19 pandemic, a few splash texts were added to encourage safe practices as the virus spread. These made sense at the time…

…but in May 2023, The WHO and then-US President Joe Biden declared that said pandemic ended.

These splashes no longer make sense in the present day because COVID doesn’t spread to that many new people anymore, the quarantines have all long ended, and the world’s moved on from the whole thing.

These splashes are no longer necessary and should be completely removed from the game.
