Creeper not wearing or holding items from MCedit filter mobgear but dropped diamond sword.
I killed a creeper with the filter above and it dropped a diamond sword but it wasn't holding it?
Steps to retrace:
1:find creeper in MCedit.
2:Use filter mob gear and give it diamond sword.
3:Kill it in regular mc and see!

Craft Miner: Geared mobs are a vanilla feature and thus technically valid unless you give mobs an invalid item ID.
Even if what you said was the case, I can tell you the problem right now: Creepers don't have hands. Even though they have a hand slot, they don't have hands, chests, legs, or feet to put the armor on. Similarly, you can make a slime/magma cube "hold" a weapon, but it doesn't have hands to show. Furthermore, only valid blocks/items will actually show on the mob, so you can have any item in the chest slot, but only a chestplate would be visible (the exception being the head slot, which can accept any armor, mob head, or block, but not items). On a technical basis, this is because only humanoid mobs (zombies, skeletons, zombie pigmen, ect) are coded with the ability to display their armor. That long-winded explanation basically means: Works as Intended.
Please remove this! MCEDIT problems aren't Minecraft problems.
