[MC-28159] When sneaking, your mouse sensitivity slows down as well as walking speed.

When sneaking, your mouse sensitivity slows down as well as walkingm speed.

To reproduce:
1. Set your sneak key to LSHIFT.
2. Hold down LSHIFT.
3. Notice that your mouse sensitivity has slowed down, until you release it.

Simple, hold down LSHIFT (If this is not your sneak key, change it to this. Otherwise it may not work.) and your sensitivity should now be slower until you let go.
