Language support

I have already told about problems in language support. But I didn't get appropriate response. I can't type russian letters in chat neither in full-screen mode, nor in not full-screen mode.
Also, I would like, if there were an ability to write russian letters on signs.
What concerns the print of Russian menu (of the russian translation), so I can tell it's awful! Large russian letters are twice smaller than large english letters.
So, I'm waiting for that appropriate response. Why should I stand such inconvenience? May be you can suggest Mac-users to download a patch, that improves the language support. Otherwise, it would be a great option to have money back for the game.
