[MC-2829] Never Loading world, chunks are not loading when I logged out when I came back from the nether.

I were in creative, but I think it also can affect people in survival mode. I came back from the nether, and the chunks were not loading, so I logged out from the world and logged back in, the world is never loaded again.

Try with vanilla minecraft.
