Minecraft laggs since 1.6.2

Since 1.6.1 i cant play Minecraft on Servers, because it laggs very much.
Server laggs, not Client laggs (FPS).
When i join, the world wouldnt download and i fly in the air...
Even if i download the world, chat and other things dont react.
After 1-2 minutes i will be kicked.
