There is a particle bug with water

I was terra-forming an island and saw that the particles were blue, they were dirt and stone blocks, so i expected them to be gray and brown but they looked as if they were underwater.

to recreate
1. Put a block above an ocean
2. look at block but be facing the water as well
3. break block
4. watch particles
