Villagers slow down dramatically when in 'love' mode

Steps to reproduce

Build a villager breeder (as in picture)
Spawn in 2 or 3 villagers
Wait until one is in love mode (has hearts coming out of him)

When he walks, he will be about 2x slower than normal, this does not happen with other mobs.

this is definitly not intended. irl if your in love with someone do you slowly walk up to them?
