[MC-74943] villagers walk slower than in 1.5.2 or earlier

when villagers enter love mode, they walk slower than normal. baby villagers walk slow all the time even when they're chasing each other they still walk slow. this started in 1.6.

it is not intended it wasnt mentioned anywhere in the changelog of minecraft 1.6 if something isnt mentioned in the changelog then it is a bug.

Look at the report that I gave you again and then come back. Dinnerbone from Mojang resolved it as intended, so its intended.
