[MC-28450] Old version use modern sounds in some cases

I have tested this using Beta 1.0.0 and Alpha 1.2.6, and in both, some of the modern sounds were used instead of the old ones. Example I have witness is the door and explosion. There's maybe more, I have heard of people having the new bow sound, but this I can't confirm.

Old versions are not supported as stated by the pop up message you had to agree to when selecting them.

The new sounds are asset changes, so this issue can be supported. Perhaps you should post this issue onto the Minecraft Launcher issue tracker.
